"On the listing, they said that they had air conditioning. I got to the hotel and they said that the air conditioning was out in the whole building. If that were true, it wouldn’t have been on at all. my thought is that they wanted to save money even though it was one of the hottest days on record. ..."

"Location was great, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The room had some visible wear and tear. The room had air conditioning however it did not blow any air at all. House keeping was able to provide a fan that made it bearable."
