The property was really nice, next to it there is a parkinglot, but you can park for free just a block away. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We just had an overnight stay during our travel. Breakfast was just fine. The only small bump was the fact that they couldn’t find my reservation and this took quite a while, whilst my kids were asleep and very tired.

We payed for our family room months in advance. We contacted the hotel by phone that we will be having a late arrival and that would be no problem so when we arrived at 23:45 they told us they dont have a family room anymore . And that the only solusion was 2 seperate rooms . The guy at the reception did not care at all. Thank god the hotel next door had a family room availible and they were really friendly

It was interesting, the room wash huge but no furniture, no chair, sofa, desk, dresser no coffee machine in the room, had to go downstairs and pay. the train was a few blocks away so good to go into Frankfurt nothing around the hotel to get a snack the y had a buffet breakfast every day 14 Euros, was good to start the day It was very reasonable, staff friendly and helpful

It was an amazing experience and the staff warmly welcomed us and showed their kind hospitality. The breakfast had a variety of healthy choices and was fulfilling. Public transport was easily accessible (bus, train) and it was only 10-15 ride to the city center. Definitely recommend this hotel whether you travel by yourself or with your friends/family.
