The property was very clean and had the added bonus of a fridge ,sink, hob etc. The only downside was that the bar was closed due to the staff being on holiday

This property deserves its high rating. If offers quality accommodation, and service, at a very reasonable price. Also, the location is very convenient to go around the city. If I comes to Frankfurt again in the future, I would choose to stay here, again.

Great stay at Capri by Fraser. The bar is a highlight, the bartender is excellent, and the beer and drinks are well made. Breakfast was very good and the service throughout was attentive without being over the top. Good location too. Would definitely come back.

Hello fellow travellers! We are delighted to bring you this review. As seasoned OS travellers we have had many varied experiences with accommodation and rarely do we find a true gem: this is one in Frankfurt city! From the moment we arrived for our one night stay to our transport pickup to the airport, the service was outstanding! They gave us a free late checkout, a nice spacious room & at no charge to hold all our luggage whilst we explored the city today: we arrived back & they graciously allowed us to sit in their foyer area for 2.5hrs whist waiting for our pickup: cold water was offered while waiting: plenty of nice ‘touches’ for this short stay. The staff went out of their way to look after us very well. The location and facilities were exactly as always, as supplied by Expedia: they are our preferred accommodation supplier for all our OS trips: simply brilliant! So, how did we rate this stay: a solid 5 Stars from us: we cannot think of any negatives. They are very close to transport at 3 kms from the city centre & a major shopping centre being 500 meters away. We go be this travellers gem the highest recommendation possible at below the A$200 price point: it balances value for money with super service, location & a quiet environment. A superb find! The Capri by Fraser is an average to above average hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean,and quiet, but overall the place needs a 'makeover'. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and very professional. One thing that I found self-serving was that you were REQUIRED to join their hospitality/loyalty program to be allowed an early check-in. Totally unnecessary. The hotel comports to be a "green" property, i.e., they don't make-up rooms daily. That was annoying because you have to make your own bed (I'm on vacation) and you have to make sure the towels get hung so they dry. They only made the room up once -- stayed for 5 nites. Had to request additional towels AND tissue. The location isn't the best, but manageable given the proximity of the busses, Trams and U. Had the breakfast buffet one morning. It was very good! Grapefruit juice was exceptional!! Would recommend a street view, such as it is. The back view is of an arena -- concrete behemoth. The a/c left a little to be desired..fortunately the had a fan available. No face clothes in the bathroom - BYO. Overall, it was a 'B'/'B+'.

We had a great stay at Capri in Frankfurt! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy. The location is perfect — close to the main train station and major sights. Everything felt well-kept and comfortable. Special thanks to Arina at the front desk — she was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
