Cozy 1 room house in the middle of the garden

Heusenstamm is located just outside Frankfurt and relatively close to the airport. There are S-Bahn connections every half hour (every quarter hour during rush hour) to Frankfurt and on to the Taunus region. The airport express bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
Our bright guesthouse is situated in our idyllic garden with a view of our garden shed (see photo). Thanks to a clever partition, the one-room apartment almost feels like a two-room apartment. Equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, and much more.
The Accommodation
The 32-square-meter house features three large windows, flooding all areas with natural light. Only the bathroom lacks natural light. The sleeping area, separated by a wardrobe and featuring a 140-cm-wide bed, invites you to sleep in comfortably.
In front of it, right by the window, is the expandable workspace (see photos).
The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even in summer.
The living-dining area features a sleeper sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space if the 140 cm bed is not sufficient.
The small table is extendable.
TV with DVB-T reception.
Wi-Fi available (fiber-optic connection currently still under construction).
The kitchen is fully equipped with
a Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster
oven, stove, exhaust fan,
microwave,
refrigerator with freezer compartment,
complete dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a Parmesan grater, and much more.
The bathroom features a vanity with a mirror and cabinets, a cosmetic mirror (10x magnification),
a toilet, and a round shower.
The cosy entryway with a coat rack and seating invites you to come in.
A clothes rack with clothes pegs is available for small loads of laundry.
Bicycles can be safely parked in our garage.
During the summer months, a table and chairs are set up in the garden.

To enter the cottage, you only need to step up a small step. Handrails on the left and right make it easier to enter.

The detached cottage, intended for exclusive use, is accessible through the lockable garden gate.

Thanks to its location, Heusenstamm is ideal for long bike rides, such as along the Main River to the beautiful half-timbered town of Seligenstadt. In addition, the extensive forest areas are perfect for walks and, of course, bike rides. Frankfurt is also about an hour away by bike.
