"Great hotel with wonderful staff. I love the location here as it is within close proximity to the main train station and the river walking path which has nice views and places to have a beer. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"It’s not at terminal 3. It’s falsely advertised! BEWARE, you will have to take a bus from terminal 3 that runs every half an hour only. We arrived later at night and it was a ghost town, no sign about the hotel at all, we were wondering around dead tired when finally a worker came around and told us about the bus. We didn’t feel safe at all to go so we had to go back to terminal one and rent a room in one of the hotels there (that actually is connected to the airport). It coast us a lot of money and on top of it when I complained to Intercity Hotel, they said sorry but kept our money which is highly unacceptable since they falsely claimed that the hotel is at terminal 3. "

"I thought the room was wonderful, and the staff were levely. However, I didnt find it that easy to get from the airport to the hotel I found myself wheeling a heavy bag through what felt like building sites late at night. I also ended up on the wrong side of the hotel and couldnt see a way in. It is easy now I know. I also got a bit lost as there were only certain places you could cross the freeway. Do you think you could provide some clear instructions to walk from the hotel from the terminals in different languages it might help? My phone maps got me a bit lost. Also I am travelling for over 10 days and needed to do some laundry I was a bit frustrated they didnt have any guest washing machines available. I was offerred a cost per item washing, but has a budget traveller it was just now what I was after. I would have been very happy to pay to use a washer and dryer to do my own laundry and really expected it in a hotel this large."

"Nice hotel close to airport. Shuttle is very convenient as it departs about every 20 minutes. The room was nice, however, the air conditioning did not work as it was very hot in the room. Shower door was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, great place."
