This is the 2nd time time I stayed at the hotel, as always the check-in & check out was a smooth process, the Reception staff are really helpful and welcoming, so does the House keeping staff. Will definitely return to stay when in Frankfurt again.

Friendly staff and very handy for travel links but rooms badly need attention. Doors ill fitting and falling apart, holes in the walls been plastered then just left, sockets hanging out of the wall just to name a few things.

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt main station with easy access to trams and central Frankfurt is within walking distance of 15 - 20 minutes. Overall everything about the hotel has been excellent from check-in to House keeping service. Already booked the same hotel for my next trip.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. It is conveniently close to the rail station but the area around the hotel was dirty and feels unsafe particularly in the evening. Otherwise it is a short walk to vey nice sights.

The positives: staff were great, location was close to transportation and shops, and I didn't hear much noise from other guests or outside. The negatives: some of the furniture was quite worn, the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy (but not unsafe), and I had to ask for a kettle as there wasn't one in my room.

Nice hotel close to Frankfurt main station. Easy routes via tram or U-Bahn to city centre or walkable in 20-25 mins. Room was nice although bathroom bigger than bedroom! Just right for a short stay.
