All over a very nice hotel. Clean, well taken care off and very nice staff. One thing to remember that this is a European hotel so the rooms and bathroom are small but it does have air conditioning

The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant, even assisting with delivery issues from Amazon!! Extremely attentive and communicative, really made us feel important and valued.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Nive local place to stay in Eschborn.
Great, helpful staff. Room was clean and shower worked well. Nice lobby environmet for work/reading/socializing.

Ok if you need to work nearby
It’s nice hotel for business travels and quite convenient if you need to work for any of the companies around the area. One thing I don’t like is the whole breakfast concept. If you’re there at pick hours, 7-8.30, you can hardly find a table to sit. The food options are limited, nothing warm and it is not complimentary, far from it.

I really liked the way a light comes on under the bed when you step on the floor I the night, so you can see where you have o go in a subtle way and not reach about for an unfamiliar light switch. I really liked the bar and the breakfast too as well as the overall 'vibe' of the hotel

Nice place!
It was a great place, very clean, comfortable, and friendly. We had prepaid for 6 days, wanting to stay after our convention for some sightseeing, however because of a death of a close friend we left 2 days early. Sadly they would not give us any credit for those days, although I called Hotels.com and they tried as well. Hotels did give my a 130. Credit themselves though, that was great.

Very basic accommodation
Basic hotel. Breakfast is mostly cold cuts, no hot dishes. Positive side is it's very close to the airport and there is a fully equipped (pay for use) gym only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel (the hotel's gym is way too basic). Service is ok. You get what you pay for.

Modern Vibe
This hotel is modern with a fun vibe, and very well kept. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast (selections are limited, but tasty). Our bathroom was very roomy, but as a family of four staying in their "family" room we would have appreciated more towel hooks or bars--there was only one towel bar in the bathroom. Oh, and their welcome cocktail was delicious!!!!

perfect, love the deco, quiet, comfy, loved it!!!
just keep doing what you do - we loved it loved the place, loved the room - very confy and modern and clean and QUIEEETTTTT , loved the decor, loved the people! make more moxyyyyyyyyysssssss as a bonus we had a greek receptionis receive us, which was suprising and pleasing, felt like home, welcome, refreshed us with a nice coctail, and send us quickly on our way to bed :) - THAAAAAANK YOU! great breakfast only thing i found a bit unconfortable is working on the computer, small desk made of glass, not enough for 15 inch laptops, but otherwise a perfect experience! you will love the books/deco/and games!!!!

Good modern hotel
Pleasant stay, staff are friendly and the hotel is modern. My one gripe was I booked a room with a queen bed and was given a room with two single beds instead.

Just one night close to Frankfurt Main Airport
What a perfect little place!!! Everything about it was great - not 5 star but totally adequate for what I needed. Have already recommended it to friends and told them if they are transferring planes in Frankfurt they should make it into a 1~2 day layover - stay at the Moxy and see the city.

Decent but improvements needed
Nice vibe in the hotel lobby. Room was cold at night as the temperature was automatically set to 19.5 degrees and i couldn't adjust it. Disadvantage is that there is no phone in the room to contact the reception about the issue...
