Das Objekt ist sicher als Handwerkerunterkunft geeignet.

Das Einchecken war problemlos und die Ferienwohnung offenbar kürzlich saniert worden. Aber scheinbar nicht komplett sondern erstmal auf die schnelle. Das Bad ist relativ neu. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Parken war kein Problem. Die Ruige Lage nützt leider nichts, weil die Fenster relativ alt sind und man den Flugzeuglärm sehr deutlich hört. In der Wohnung ist ein Doppelbett sowie eine Klappliege und eine Couch vorhanden. Dazu eine Kommode im Schlafzimmer. Leider ist kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Außerdem bieten die Rollos nur bedingt Dunkelheit von der hellen Straßenbeleuchtung. Wobei hier noch irritiert hat, dass im Wohnraum schwarze Rollos und im Schlafzimmer weiße Rollos hängen. Ansonsten gibt es weder eine Schrankwand noch irgendwelche andere Schränke oder Spiele. Ein TV ist auch nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt macht es einen Provisorischen Eindruck. In der Küche gibt es eine kleine Küchenecke mit einem 2 Plattenkocher. Weder sind Teller noch Tassen oder Besteck in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ein Geschirrhandtuch gab es auch nicht. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine sucht man vergeblich. Ein recht alter Wasserkocher muss hier reichen. Außerdem gibt es in der Küche einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Die Heizung geht nur sporadisch scheinbar zu gewissen Stunden. Mit dem Wasser zum Duschen gab es keine Probleme. Auch steht Wlan zur Verfügung. Der Router steht einfach so in der Wohnung auf dem Boden. Sauber war es auch nicht wirklich.
