This property is very trendy. Really get the feel of a boutique hotel. Location is fabulous. Rooms are a bit small but modern, stylish, and with amazing showers and water pressure. My room didn’t have a cupboard or drawers for clothes but there was sufficient hangers and hooks on the wall to hang my jackets and pants. Definitely my place to stay every time I’m in Frankfurt. Oh and the check in counter is super cool as are all the staff.

I didn't like the bed. It is not practical at all. The layout of the room is bad. The rooms are too small The reception is located on the 6 the floor The location is superb

Overall the stay was ok. But I didn't like the payment issue. We chose option to pay at the property and provided card for guarantee. They tried to charge the card several times since early in the morning. I sent message to hotel asking not to charge the card, we will arrive in the afternoon and pay at check-in, as it was reserved. However, they still try to charge 3-4 more times. Why? If it's not ok, then just don't give that option at booking.

Amazing hotel hotel at wonderful place with reason
Every thing from check in to check out was amazing. Wish they gad a kettle for hot water to make some tea.

reasonably priced gem in a high-end area
Ruby Louise is a reasonably priced gem in a high-end area. Not only is the hotel cute, the customer service was EXCELLENT! Jack made my stay. I absolutely love the reception desk as a part of the bar.

Have stayed in Rubys elsewhere so the loft room was as expected. The incredibly slow check-in experience was NOT as expected. The design of this hotel seems to push the Ruby “concept” a bit too far. The rooms on the lowest 2 floors must feel like staying in a “pension” - not a hotel. The floor level of the rooms on the first level are about a metre below sidewalk level !

Very relaxed feel, staff are very helpful and fun too. Breakfast choice is small but very good - no fish for example. The rooms are lovely and exactly like the pictures, you should know what you buy, as the room style, bathroom layout and hotel style may not suit people used to a traditional hotel where you enter and walk straight into reception. I loved its laid back luxury and cleanliness.

The Ruby Louise Hotel was chic and the staff were amazing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the facilities were excellent! I loved that the reception area was on the 6th floor!

The property was nice. Check in was very easy, a little different checking in at the bar but easy nonetheless. The room itself was a bit tight to walk through. The walls were not really soundproof so you can hear people in the next room. Overall, a good hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near a lot of places to shop and eat which was convenient.

Good bed, clean place good location.
It was good overall- room got a bit warm. Would have been nice to have a window that opens if AC not working great. Breakfast 29$ us for a Buffett not worth it, go to local market and eat.

Great hotel, lovely staff, everything in working order, super comfy bed, lovely soap and shower products good location, if arriving by train from the airport use Hauptwache station and use the Rothenplatz exit (when you get off the train walk towards the back of the train), when you come up the escalator from the platform walk ahead and slightly to the left for the best exit

Decent Hotel in a Decent Spot
Pretty good hotel. A bit over the top with trying to be cool, but it does the trick. Rooms are large, but a bit sterile. They also have partnership with Marshall Amps, so they have practice amps in every room to use as a music speaker. Nice novelty, but again - bit of over kill. Location is great! Lots of places to eat around the hotel and the S-Bahn is just a block or two away. Finally, there is a nice little park across the street. I highly suggest taking a stroll if you have time.

Loved our stay at Ruby Louise in Frankfurt, our only surprise was that our bed was basically on the floor on a platform, I'm sure this was our fault upon booking for not reading the room description. Despite that our stay was lovely.

This is a lovely albeit extremely minimalist hotel. Few towels, fewer staff. But the perfect place to lay your head down comfortably if you spend most of your trip outside wandering or in business meetings.

Quirky hotel with excellent staff
A rather quirky hotel, with a fabulous rooftop bar. Check in was by tablet located in the bar area, and was quick and friendly. The room was excellent if small, very clean and modern. The free drink given in exchange for not having the towels changed was a nice touch. Breakfast was quite ok. The area seemed quiet at night and the hotel was an easy walk from Hauptwache Station.

Amazing weekend away in Frankfurt at the Ruby Louise. The hotel is centrally located and all of the main attractions are a walkable distance. The area surrounding the hotel felt very a safe and quiet, with the rooms themselves being very stylish and comfortable. Super friendly staff, so thanks again for an enjoyable weekend.

Best rain shower ever!! Water pressure was amazing and they provided excellent range of body care. Room itself is standard, without fridge and kettle. Bed is comfortable. Staff is not very friendly but the check in/check out process (self-service) is efficient. Location is great, about 10 min walk to the old town, surrounded by high-end shops and malls.
