An excellent and truly unique experience! I was delighted by the room upgrade and the exceptional hospitality of the team, who were consistently professional, warm and welcoming. The hotel’s central and distinctive location made exploring Frankfurt particularly convenient. The room was comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations perfectly. A memorable stay that I would gladly recommend!

This hotel is great for the price, clean, rooms are nice and spacious, staff is nice. The area around the station is not that nice, but The frankfurt has the best location and is right in front of the station. Have been there twice, also have been to hotels around there, this is better and cheaper. if you need certain accomodations of major hotel chains, this is not the place. but if you just need a clean nice room in the best corner around the HBF, this is it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Frankfurt Central Station. It is clean. The beds are comfortable. I had a single room. The duvet was a little too small. I was very disappointed about the towels in the bathroom. They were old, hard and very used.

The room wasn’t “spotless”…the carpet need a shampoo…other than that, the room was very nice. The staff was amazing…friendly, helpful, accommodating… considering the location across the street from the main train station…and the room rate…great value…I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Accommodating with any asks (extra pillows etc). Hotel decor is mostly modern. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was basic but enough options to suffice. In terms of location, it’s great as it’s so close to the main train station however, because of that the area surrounding the hotel is not nice. Many unsavoury looking people. Felt very unsafe walking back and forth the hotel. Luckily I was with my partner but even he felt uneasy. Understand, it’s not the hotels fault but will probably not recommend or return due to this.
