Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

No need to strip the beds. Cleaners will take care of that for you. Please do not remake bed if used, that way they know for sure it needs to be changed.

Trash dump is located just up the road. When you exit Rain Ridge, take a left & you can't miss it. Will be on your right @ stop sign.

Please place all used towels in master bathtub.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
