Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Very clean and convenient to Broadway, Times Square etc. Felt safe and would recommend to others on budget. Basic rooms. No coffee on premises but other than that I’d say it was not a bad stay.

"Love the old style motels, the place was well maintained, rooms were very clean staff were pleasant and informative. Continental breakfast is a nice touch getting fresh coffee in the morning. The pool was closed but looks well maintained. Highly recommend this property."
