Gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff in a lovely village full of charm and delightful restaurants and bars.

Fantastic resort and great service. The adult areas( pools) would be better situated away from the family areas

Overall a good stay. The only issues I had is that my room was next to the cleaning persons room. So it was very loud in the morning and the doors in the hallways slam shut so that woke me up several times throughout the morning. This is a kid friendly resort so there are a LOT of kids so just be mindful when booking. The beach was dirty more than likely due to the kids. The staff are all very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The food is wonderful there as well. They upgraded my room too so that was lovely as well.

Sadly, we only stayed one night after our flight was canceled and we booked this hotel on a whim, and it did not disappoint! It was fantastic. The property is beautiful, the room was very spacious (great balcony with view of the sea), and the pools were amazing! The beach was stunning and all of the sun beds were comfortable. It was truly a magical place with lots of different options for lounging in the sun. At each sun bed, there is a button you press for food/drink service. There is also a wonderful bar right on the water. Dinner was incredible! I could not believe how delicious it was, especially for an all-inclusive hotel. Breakfast was equally incredible with every option imaginable! Impeccable service across the board. I would absolutely come back! Little stores down the street had nice little knick knacks for souvenirs and snacks, so definitely check them out. Only thing to note is that we had the hotel call us a taxi to the airport and I'm pretty sure we got ripped off. 20 minute ride to the airport should not be 45€ (it's that price in Athens when it takes almost an hour to get to the airport). Anyway, confirm pricing ahead of time or make alternate options!

This was a truly outstanding place to stay in Heraklion. The location was perfect, the staff are amazing and the rooms are upscale. Everything was perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend this place, 10/10!
