10/10 Excellent
"Wow! What an incredible stay i had in the YURT, I could not fault it one bit, the couple who run this site are so so lovely and i can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating, the room itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed, the hot tub was just such a perfect addition to the night. The games room was great fun and such a good thing for all ages. Thankyou so much for making our night so special, we will definitely be back !!!"
"Arrived later than planned, staff couldnt have been more helpful or friendly and managed to still get a meal in the restaurant.
Evening meal and breakfast really good, cleanliness really good throughout, bedroom comfortable, shower brilliant, wifi great, pleanty of space to work and lots of parking.
Really good facility."
"Room was comfortable with what we needed. Staff very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Could be difficult to find staff when leaving in morning. Ended up just leaving our key in room and going. Residents exit out of inn was not very pleasant. Out a back door and outdoor area untidy. For some reason our towels were removed after our first night and we didnt realise till late on our 2nd night! So no towels for night 2 of our stay. Didnt fancy visiting the bar in our pj's. Breakfast is one price, just over £10, whether you choose cooked, or cereal. Could improve this. But mainly a comfortable stay. "
"Overall look of the hotel outside and inside is tired, looks like something from the 80s. Evening meal was ok, but the service was extremely slow considering there was only 6 of us in the dining room.
The room itself was ok, bed was reasonably comfy, tv was huge but only basic channels even though it had the capability for Netflix etc, it wouldn’t connect to the broadband.
Bathroom was very tired, tiles n grouting/sealant round the bath grubby.
Went down for breakfast again only a few of us waiting on breakfast and it was slow, coffee out the machine was lukewarm and tasted funny, and the food when it came was horrible, asked for scrambled eggs and it looked like they had mixed some mushed up fried egg through it. sausage and bacon were the cheapest of the cheap, didn’t eat any of it."
