Surrounded by a charming landscape, the villa features a well-maintained garden with breathtaking views over the rolling hills, and offers convenient private parking for 6 cars.

The outdoor spaces are designed for unforgettable moments: a covered dining area with gazebo and barbecue, perfect for enjoying dinner under the stars, and a cozy lounge corner under the patio, ideal for unwinding with a good book or a glass of wine.

The true highlight is the beautiful fenced pool (12 x 5 m, depth from 70 cm to 2 m), open from June to September, a peaceful oasis equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and savoring the tranquil sounds of nature.

Internal Description

Villa Roncaglia is made up of the main building and a dependance, can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 1 camping cot are available on request. Pets are not allowed.

- Main building (400 sqm): The main house, spread over two floors, can accommodate up to 6 guests and welcomes them into refined and comfortable interiors.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall featuring a striking open staircase. To the right, an elegant living room unfolds, enriched with high-quality furnishings, a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a tv, an ideal setting to unwind in a refined and inviting atmosphere. Continuing on, there is a private study, while on the opposite side of the living room lies a spacious, modern kitchen, fully equipped and enhanced by a charming stone fireplace and a large dining table, perfect for hosting family and friends.

The floor also includes a guest bathroom, and a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

The upper floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and 2 double bedrooms (one with a mezzanine) that share a spacious bathroom with both shower and bathtub. To complete the floor, a charming reading nook on the landing offers a quiet corner for peaceful moments.

- Dependance (65 sqm): The dependance, cozy and practical, is set on one single level (the ground floor) and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It features an open-plan living area with sofa, tv, dining table, and a small equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per bed). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
