Room was lovely decorated but it was not clean to my standards. There was fluff and hairs on the floor when we arrived at our room. Staff did not attempt to interact not even greetings, even when we requested information they made us feel like an inconvenience. Would not stay there again.

Normal hotel like many. If you go Ski, remember to ask about the Discount Pass coz they will forget. I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they ...
