Family Reunion

My family comes to Fredericksburg every year. We usually all find our own B&B’s, however this year I found Agape Cottages. It was by far our best and favorite stay to date! It was so nice to each have our own lovely rooms to retreat to, but we loved getting to come together and cook meals and eat together in the big open kitchen/dining room. We loved standing around the firepit outside after touring wineries all day. And the owners were very helpful beforehand in answering my questions and helping me plan our stay! We will definitely make this our accommodations of choice for future vacations!

Fantastic 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

We hosted our extended family in Fredericksburg for the weekend to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Family members also stayed at the Sunday House hotel across the street which was convenient for them to walk back and forth. The large yard was perfect for our young grandsons to play outside safely. We also set up tables and chairs (provided by the owner) in the front for our Saturday night catered dinner. Mamacitas restaurant food was delicious and convenient to pick up. Communication with Jim was fantastic, the houses had everything you might need including soft drinks, snacks and toiletries and very conveniently located in Fredericksburg. Highly recommend.

Attending a wedding

We rented all 3 houses so multiple families could stay together while attending a wedding. It was perfect. We had a great time. The houses were very nice and exceeded our expectations. We were only a few blocks from a grocery store and other breakfast places. We will certainly stay here again.

Would happily stay here again!

Pictures on the listing just don't do this property justice. All of the houses are beautifully decorated and had everything we would need for our stay. The owner was responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioner, and it was resolved within a couple of hours. The location is so convenient to everything on Main Street. We loved relaxing in the communal outdoor space.

This is a great place to stay!

We had a large group and this place was perfect. We never felt like we were on top of each other, great layout. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cottages are close to shops and restaurants. Jim was a great host and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fredricksburg with the family!

This was a perfect place to spend with our family. Walking distance from shops and eating establishments. Short drive to all the wineries. I highly reccomend the property. Clean, safe, plenty of goodies! Thanks again for giving us a chance to have a great week before quarentine!

Great property and wonderful appointments inside and out.

We rented the entire property and couldn't be more happy with the entire stay. Great location, fine appointments and comfortable beds. You won't be disappointed with Apape.

Loved the cottages! Our wedding party raved about the wonderful beds! Loved the quaint atmosphere of the front and side cottages and the roominess of the back cottage was perfect! All the little extras in each house was an extra special benefit! Would definitely recommend any of these cottages. Nice quiet street, yet close to Main Street and all the shops/restaurants! Thank you so much!

We had a group of friends stay here this past weekend and absolutely loved it! The layout was perfect for a group of people. The cottages were each decorated well and no detail was spared on amenities offered. We will definitely be back next time we visit!

Absolute perfection!

My family and I went for a wine weekend and rented out all 3 cottages. Each and every cottage was perfect. We enjoyed everything they had to offer. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. We are looking forward to our next wine weekend so that we can stay there again!

absolute best stay ever

Out of all of the places I have ever stayed, hotel, Airbnb, vrbo... anywhere, this has been the best. The homes were absolutely adorable. My family and I went up for the weekend for a wine tour. The home had so many extras that aren’t discrived. I don’t want to spoil it for you, but EVERYTHING about this place was amazing.
