Casa Blanca was completely renovated in 2021 with luxury modern amenities. The professionally decorated home boasts an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, outside game room, bocce ball court and an expansive outdoor entertaining space, providing plenty of room for making memories with your family and friends! Enjoy your time at beautiful Casa Blanca.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Wonderful home and loved the amenities. We had a few issues with hot water and the stove but the staff at Absolute Charm had someone over to us right away and helped fix it. The home is very welcoming and warm! I would stay there again for sure.

We love this house. The location is wonderful. The decor and conveniences were very inviting. There was definitely allot of thought that went into the layout of the outdoor activities! It was my first time playing Bocce Ball, it was so much fun. We highly recommend this property for your perfect Fredericksburg trip!

Great Time Overall

We enjoyed the rental. The amenities were great. We did have an initial problem with the management. We complained the oven didn't work. They texted a potential fix, but to no avail that didn't work either. I thought they would send someone over but since we were only there two days, I guess they believed it wasn't worth their time to mess with it until we left.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca. The house was great! Very clean and centrally located. Only a short drive to any place in the area that you may want to go. Only one concern. Description states that it is a 3/3. It is but the third bathroom is located outside by the hot tub. There is no access to this bathroom from the inside. The 2 bedrooms in the house were separated by a bathroom. The king room has its own bathroom. It was not a problem for us but it could be for others that may be staying there in the future. We would stay again even knowing this information. The description on the web site needs to state this information.

Great House!

This house is perfect for two couples. The floor plan allows each couple to have our bedrooms and bath on different sides of the house. We loved the big back yard! The location is super quiet. The beds and pillows were wonderful (a really important feature for our group). The kitchen is well stocked and well laid out. We cooked one night and ate out one night Distance to downtown made it not walkable for one member of our group but it's less than a mile to main and only a short drive anywhere in town. As with all rentals, keeping on top of issues it the key. We had a couple of issues that we didn't report immediately, but did alert absolute charm about when we checked out. The kitchen stove had no power. So the gas ignition didn't work. We lit the burners manually. The hot tub was not very hot, and not very bubbly. The biggest issue was lack of hot water in the showers. That was in a previous review so I hope they address the issue soon. Overall, this was our favorite house in Fredericksburg and we will return.

Terrible Management Company

I had a 4.5 hour drive to this location. I asked if I could check in an hour early so that I could use the restroom. I was told rules are rules please use the public service areas for bathroom during Covid. I was so upset as the reservation manager did not know my circumstances and was pretty rude to me. Ruined my entire first day of trip and opinion of Amazing Charm company. I will make sure not to rent a property that they manage ever again!!!

Great house for a group of friends

Great house, good location, well stocked kitchen. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars on cleanliness is because the chair at the island had cake icing all in it and the shower near the hot tub was not clean. But overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Casa Blanca - Perfecto!

From the kitchen to the bathroom, the house had a everything you could need or want! Great functionality and perfect space for our group of 6. All the games provided added to the fun and the hot tub was such a great treat after wineries and shopping all day. The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked and made meal preparation a breeze! Great location. Close enough to Main Street but quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend this property.
