Sip your favorite cocktails in the chic lounge-style living and dining room, featuring plush high-end and antique furnishings, a toasty electric fireplace, and a large dining table—perfect for lively conversations, board games, or a stylish dinner party. A second family room opens to the huge backyard, giving your group plenty of space to spread out and unwind.

Chef’s Kitchen & Cocktail Setup
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare a holiday feast, including classy dinnerware, wine glasses, a blender, basic spices, and a griddle. Coffee lovers can indulge with espresso, a French press, or traditional drip coffee makers. Plus, enjoy a dedicated cocktail station with shakers, stirrers, bitters, martini glasses, and more—and with a liquor store conveniently located across the street, you’ll never run out of ingredients for your favorite drinks!

Epic Outdoor Space with Heated Pool
Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (heated between 80–90 degrees free of charge from Mar 1st – Dec 31st). If temps drop below 45°F for extended periods of time, the heater may turn off temporarily, but the hot tub is always ready for a warm soak!
The shaded patio is the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or enjoy meals at the large dining table, while the cozy sectional and fire table invite you to lounge all evening.

Perfect for a family

My mom, daughter, sister in law, niece, uncle, and myself enjoyed this property so much. Perfect location for shopping on Main Street. The accommodations were great, super comfortable, convenient, and fun. This house is beautiful and fun with its decorative design. It looks just like the pictures, if not better! We had an exceptional stay at the Cosmopolitan in Fredericksburg!
