LOCATION - 2.5 miles north of Main Street
HOST - No host on property. There are 3 private Casitas. Rent La Casa & 3 Casitas to sleep up to 22 people.
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people; 2 king bedrooms
BATH - 1.5 baths; full bath has a walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with a regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee and tea are provided
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with ROKU (65” living area & 50” in each bedroom), WiFi, private fenced backyard with hot tub, firepit & café lights, front porch with Adirondack chairs

INFANT AND CHILDREN- YES

There are four structures on the property (your accommodation, two casitas, and one large casa). Your accommodation is approximately 15 feet away from the two casitas and 140 feet away from the casa.
Please be aware that the home's television only includes free channels offered through Roku. As a result, if you want to watch live television or a program from a subscription service, you will need to bring your own log in information from home with you.
Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

Would give it a better rating if it weren’t for a safety mishap that occurred while my in-laws were out eating dinner. They had checked into the place, put their luggage and belongings inside, and then they went out to dinner. They returned to find that a couple of people had been given access to go inside of the place! This could have gone terribly wrong had my in-laws been inside of the place. We received no apology or anything! It was a nightmare trying to get a hold of management after hours to try and resolve the issue. I am not sure if they double booked the place, but the fact that they were given CODE ACCESS into the place while we were already checked in, is absolutely unacceptable!
