Relax and unwind next to the fire-pit with a glass of wine or enjoy the bird blind! Everything you need to get away from it all, including a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious king-size bed. Lounge on the front porch and appreciate the beautiful landscaping! No detail left undone! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Cozy and Quaint

Loved everything about this place! Highly recommend and would gladly return for another stay. Not far from Main Street but still secluded and quiet. Lots of wildlife to watch in the beautiful backyard area. Very unique set up & decorated so cute.

"A Nest For Two" was Awesome, a home above all the rest and very comfortable for two. Extremely clean, expertly detailed with no amenity missed. Easy to access, quite, with extras galore...beautiful landscape for day or night, a fire pit to love and a private outside bathhouse to enjoy under the beautiful stars of Texas. Whether in Fredericksburg for the wine experience, shopping, music, or restaurants, you can't go wrong staying at this home!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We wanted a quiet getaway for New Year’s Eve in a remote-ish area surrounded by trees. We booked something very last minute and a nest for two had availability. The host was so kind and the space was absolutely perfect. It is quaint and quiet, beautifully decorated, the bed is so comfortable, the outdoor bath house and fire pit were amazing. We will definitely be staying here again, it was exactly what we were looking for while still close enough to town for a quick drive to the gas station or restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.
