BEACHFRONT on 1 acre lot with incredible beach and bay views.

  • Beachfront with unobstructed bay view, open concept sleeps 28 people. Newly remodeled modern beach vibe home in highly sought after Seahorse Estates, the most luxurious neighborhood in Freeport. 1-acre lot on the beach with PLENTY of parking. Our beach is a sanctuary on the Texas Gulf Coast. There is no traffic, just the beauty of a quiet beach open to how you want to enjoy it. It is a retreat for recreational sportsmen, sun-lovers, nature-enthusiast, and Gulf adventurers. We have completed our remodel, it is now a 6 bedroom and 4 bath and we just updated our pics as well. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. A master suite with a private bath and king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen, Bedroom 3 has a queen and a double bunk. 1 additional full bath on the 1st floor and if needed a foldout couch queen bed as well. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with a loft/bunk area that sleeps 6, Bedroom 4 has a queen and a triple bunk, Bedroom 5 has a queen with a triple bunk and Bedroom 6 has a queen.

We hope you enjoyed your day making great memories. Please strip our beds that were slept in leave comforter on the beds, place pillowcases sheets, and used towels in the wash washroom.
