The living room offers a large sectional with multiple windows that frame views toward the Gulf and fill the space with natural light. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, generous counter space, and bar seating along the peninsula. The dining table sits just off the kitchen with easy access to the wraparound deck.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. The wraparound upper deck, covered ground-level patio with hammocks, charcoal grill, and private firepit area are also available for your use. There is parking available on the property.
The outdoor area offers multiple spaces to enjoy the beachfront setting. The wraparound upper deck features Adirondack seating and open views toward the Gulf, creating a comfortable place to sit and take in the breeze. Below the home, the covered patio provides shaded space with hammocks and additional seating. A charcoal grill and picnic table are set up for outdoor meals. The private firepit area, surrounded by Adirondack chairs and white gravel, sits just steps from the dunes. A walk path behind the home leads directly to Surfside Beach.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
