Located in the Swan Lake subdivision of Surfside Beach just steps to the sand. Amazing water views from a large covered front deck, just a short walk to the beach. Shaded parking under the house. Guests can enjoy the charcoal grill and enclosed shower downstairs for rinsing off when you return from the sandy beach. Upgraded whole-house water filtration plus additional reverse osmosis (RO) faucet in kitchen.

    ** Guests can charge their cars here with the sought-after NEMA 14-50 outlet. (Please bring your charging cables.) ** There are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the home to cover the deck and underneath the home.
