The house in an all is really nice. There is a few issues. The owner may want to address as far as vent falling down in kitchen ceiling, toilet seat not fitting on guest bathroom and a weird smell to the water. Other than that, it was great and very clean upon our arrival.

Needs work

Needs updates and repairs. Couch was lacking stuffing, bed was sagging-rolled to the middle, round toilet seat on oval bowl, chunks of wall gone, nails coming up on deck, deck railing loose, tub nozzle loose, lots of rust inside and out, bedroom door doesn’t shut because flooring is very wavy. I was tripping constantly.

The best feature of the cottage was that it was so close to the beach! We found the cottage to her clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was with he amenities. Just the basic stuff like paper towels or napkins were not available. There were no ice trays in the freezer or laundry soap! But, over all we really enjoyed our stay and would do it again.
