Charming renovated 20th-century historic home offering a spacious and bright two-level apartment with private entrance: the ideal solution for a relaxing holiday among nature, sports, and culture in Veneto. Nestled in the UNESCO Prosecco Hills near Vittorio Veneto.
Strategically located to explore the area: just minutes from the Caglieron Caves, close to Lake Revine and Lake Santa Croce (perfect for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and paragliding), 15 km from the Cansiglio Forest (trekking, MTB, cross-country skiing), and 30 km from the Belluno Dolomites. Venice, Treviso, and the beaches of Caorle and Bibione are all within an hour’s drive.
Perfect for outdoor lovers: hiking and cycling routes start directly from the house, with bike storage, workshop, and rental options available. Close to the famous Prosecco Hills Trail.
Guests can enjoy a panoramic terrace with barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing moments, as well as private garden parking. The owner, creative and welcoming, lives on the ground floor and is always happy to recommend local restaurants and experiences.
On-site, a variety of experiences are available on request for an additional fee: a course on how to prepare the traditional Venetian dessert Tiramisù; a visit to the nearby Caglieron caves including a picnic basket; guided excursions by bicycle or Vespa (with rental agreements) to explore the area.
Pet friendly (1 pet on request with an additional charge).
Possibility to add two extra beds for children on request, for an additional fee.
