Hotel had no electricity one night and then again for a few hours. The hot water worked whenever it wanted to. Rooms had a peculiar smell.
Negatives aside, staff was very helpful. They accommodated limited mobility guests well. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary.
If you want a place to just go sleep after a day out this works well.

The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.

We stayed in a few hotels when we were in NYC and NobleDEN had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Sure, it wasn't the trendiest but it served us well and I enjoyed being so close to Chinatown.

"Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Betten und Kissen unbequem. Lage am Ende der Stadt auch okay. Rezeption leider völlig inkompetent:;zuerst sollten wir 25€ für ein Zustellbett zahlen, obwohl wir 4 Personen gebucht hatten und es eine Schlafcouch im Zimmer gab. Dann nochmal 20€ pro Person (auch für die Kinder!) ..."
