"Extremely accomodating staff. Great location to airport and freeway. Super quit and clean."

"The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, from eggs, bacon. Sausages and French toast to oatmeal, cereal and fruit options. The size of the beds in a “premium” room with “queen” beds was limited in space and full size beds and a noisy fridge. The staff at the breakfast are was very helpful and courteous like a restaurant experience. Unfortunately we can’t say the same from the person that checked us in, not friendly at all, but everyone else was nice. The immediate vicinity didn’t look safe to walk around lots of empty buildings. "

"Service and clean room was great. Only thing I didn't like is the vibe around the hotel. Nothing bad happen but sketchy people walking around or driving by through out the evening and night. Plenty of parking, good air conditioning, nice staff, clean room, cold/hot water, food with in walking or driving distance, next to the exit/entrance freeway."

"I should have checked also but there is a fee for parking. My bad but other things, there is a fee to use wi fi. There are no special security features for using elevator or stairs I.e anybody could go into your floor. I woke up to use the restroom , it was Around 3am and there is a sensor bright light that goes on in restroom, it was so bright like a spot light, they need to have dim lights. I would not go back."

"Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO and they were so welcoming. I guess staff being snob thinking they are highly rated forgot the down to earth basic service quality."

"When I got there I check in The room I got was dirty bed wss not made , old flowers and cans of beers We were so tired just wanted to go to our suite and rest"
