"Ac unit was only working in one room. The bathroom had mold in the tub area. Door lock wasn’t good. They said breakfast included but never said breakfast was gonna be in a bag and cold. But staff was wonderful and very helpful. "

"Room was clean. There was a water leak in the ceiling but no water was actively leaking, just a crack and stain. The pool was too busy for us to use unfortunately. There were a lot of kids the weekend we went and it was a small pool. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. We wish the hot items were made plain with optional toppings (eggs and potatoes contained onions and peppers). Not water bottle fill station when breakfast was closed. "

"Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair. "

"We stayed here for April Spring break 2026. This is my first Hyatt stay where their wasn't a microwave in the room.We had to go downstairs to heat our food up at the ONE microwave they had for the whole hotel! The floors kind of smelled like feet even though the hotel was clean. The bathroom was sooo damn small that the door barley missed the toilet when closing. The toilets are so low to the ground that if you have bad knees you would need assistance getting off of the thrown! No smart tv's on the premises just dumb tv's! The pool was out if service so their was nothing to do but the gym. This hotel really need a upgrade ! 😩 "
