"Great hotel located right in the middle of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and everything went so smoothly. Because of its location, lots of big groups check in. I saw a few GIANT lines of guests when I was there trying to check in so give some grace to the staff, but I was lucky and missed that when i was checking in. But I was really happy with the whole stay."

"Vanessa at the front desk was fantastic—kind, patient, proactive, and provided top-tier customer service! The entire hotel, including the lobby and guest rooms, was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The periodic text check-ins during my stay were a wonderful personal touch. Breakfast at Ted’s Grill was great with a nice variety on the buffet. A special shout-out to the male host who transitioned between hosting at Ted's and serving across at the Cafe. I wish I had gotten his name, but I’ll never forget how warmly he greeted my daughter and me, or how helpful he was in explaining the food options and pricing. Logistically, the free airport shuttle (which runs every 30 minutes) and the AirTrain connection made getting around a breeze and cheap. Pro tip for future travelers: you can take the Amtrak directly into the Newark Airport Station, which is super convenient! Also the 40 Kerney/Gardens Terrace bus to 107 New York bus will take you to NY for about $6. Overall, this was a fantastic two-night stay. Whenever I visit NY again, Holiday Inn Newark International Airport will definitely be my go-to choice!"
