"One of my best stsy in a newly renovated hotel, from the time I checked in , I have been treated so well and given me choice of which i prefer to stay between City view and times square, The room was so clean, the cleaner always polished and tidy my room and bed, I have a very comfortable to sleep , linen smells really clean "

"I spent 3 nights at the hotel on a business trip and was disappointed with the hotel. Very bare minimum amenities in the room. I had a ironing board but no iron. There was a water kettle but no tea/coffee. The bathroom was quite small, tub was also tiny, water pressure low, clogged bathtub and a very short curtain to keep the water in the tub. Disappointing."

"Stayed in accessible king bed suite (unexpected upgrade from standard king room). Great space if needed for any with mobility issues (e.g., walker, wheelchair). Sitting room, bedroom, and large, open bathroom. Comfortable bed. All clean and well maintained. Complimentary umbrella & bathrobes for use during stay. "
