"Staff was so friendly!"

"Honestly I was a little embarrassed to tell people I was staying at a Margaritaville in New York City, but it turned out to be a great hotel. The location is central in Times Square, so extremely close to transit options. Additionally, the facility was very well-maintained and the pool area was nice. I'd highly recommend it!"

"The hotel service was amazing! We had a nightmare time getting to the city and had another room that was NOT what it was advertised to be and the staff at the New Yorker more than helped us with getting checked in early and calling to make sure we were ok. The only complaint at all was that our AC was struggling to do anything to keep up. Twice someone came up to look at it, but it didn’t change. The room was hot. Overall stay there! We will again."

"Overall, the property is tired with visible excessive wear that indicates its well-overdue for a refresh. A positive was the shower with a rain style shower head with great water pressure. Though, the shower floor had excessive wear: stained & worn shower floor, shelves for towels banged up badly with painted areas chipped. The beds were comfortable."

"Everything was great! Our room was basic and not anything fancy, but it was more importantly clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, but weirdly not uncomfortable. The elevators were small and old, but it’s NYC and the building is old. However, it seems to be maintained well. The check-in was easy. All the staff was incredibly helpful and answered our questions more than sufficiently! It is a fabulous place to use as a hub location, as it’s in the center of everything, but not to close the chaos of Times Square. We will definitely stay there again! My only suggestion, or hope, is for the Hotel to consider having a locked area for luggage, if they are going to provide services for customers to hold luggage either before check-in or after checkout. Although everything was safe and our bags were missing nothing, it’s just a sense of security for the customer to know the baggage is safe and they are able to explore the city knowing that everything is secure and without needing to lug things around with them."
