Maybe it’s jersey thing, but staff was not pleasant. Saw one front desk person walk off the desk as she didn’t want to deal with a hotel guest, regardless of who was right or wrong. Also told them to see if the vending machine on the floor was working properly to one of the staff on the floor and they just told me to go check another floor. Anyways the property is fine, has ammenities you need, food and beverage but customer service didn’t seem to be a priority there.

It’s in a prime location. Transportation options were great. Everything was within walking distance. right next to the Exchange Place PATH station.
Parking was a little distance away. Just a few blocks away and relatively affordable. Still great, given the territory.
And the Manhattan views from the hotel were awesome.
