"On arrival. Floor didnt appear to be very clean. 4 wine glasses and no wine opener. 1 tumbler glass. 4 mugs. Notified host and was asked if i checked all the cabinets. I thought that was an obvious thing. New glasses arrived next am. Plus. Top sheet of bed on sideways. Hem of sheet on side of bed, not on top. No posting of password for use of internet. Couch had lumpy cushions , able to feel springs through cushions. Shabby towels. Blinds missing parts in both rooms. Tv about 24 " off...

"The host was very responsive and accommodating, as we needed to extend our stay due to an emergency situation. They were understanding and accommodating which we appreciated. The location is only a 2-minute walk from the train into Hoboken and NYC, which was convenient and helpful, too. The only suggestion I’d make is to provide more bath towels, washcloths, and soap for the washer. "
