"By far the best rental property we ever rented. The home is beautiful, right on the beach which my wife really want, clean, and plenty of space to roam about. One of the better areas we hang around is the deck area. It would have been better if we figured out how to light up the fireplace.Well equipped kitchen except we didn't do a lot of cooking. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and my family said this vacation home is a keeper for future rental. Hopefully we could come back here next summer.And the best part is Ross is so easy to communicate with. It was a very pleasant experience overall.Definitely 10 out of 10."

"The house was awesome for our group of nine and we really enjoyed the view from the porch. Four in our group cannot climb stairs which is the primary reason we rented the property. The elevator was finicky at times but we always got it going and it was an absolute lifesaver. The only other issue and it’s city wide that should be disclosed is the water. It smells horrible but there is a filtered faucet beside the main faucet on the kitchen sink and the refrigerator is filtered too. Access to the beach is easy using a golf cart or the private walkway."

"This was a great beach house. Location was perfect. House was perfect because every room had a bathroom. The smell of the water was the only issue when taking a shower. Space was great for our vehicles and boat. BBQ pits provided were rusty. This is a beach home I would book again. Thank you for a welcome stay. "

"This home is absolutely the most perfect Beach House we have ever stayed in. We have been vacationing at Surfside Beach for 32 years. We have never booked the same house twice. We will definitely be booking very shortly for next year. The home was not only beautiful, but clean and had everything a large group could need. It was so thoughtfully put together and the owners thought of everything you could need from water filter to icemaker to the layout of the home and the fun game room. Location was beautiful. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this home was and how perfect it was for a large group especially with small children. "
