Breathtaking Salt Marsh Views & Sunsets & Kayaking with Dolphins

"The home was perfect for what we needed! Very clean and right by a dock to see dolphins swim by. It was very close to Salty Dog at Bohicket and FreshFields Village. We had a car but it was nice to be located before the gate house as we biked everywhere on the island. The beach / Pool Club was a 20-30 min bike ride which is the best way to explore the property. The host was very communicative. The screened in porch with undisrupted views of the marsh was lovely to enjoy your coffee in the morning or post-sun glass of wine!"

"The property is beautifully decorated. complementary breakfast was amazing. The best I’ve ever had. Staff were so kind and helpful. The room was very clean. I enjoyed getting up in the mornings and having a nice cup of coffee with breakfast out on the the porch very peaceful and you’re so close to shops and other eating establishments I’ll be back"

"Overall this was a great property! We would likely stay here again as the location was great for the price. The kitchen was well appointed, it was nicely furnished and decorated. It is hard to find rentals that do not put size restrictions on dogs so this was perfect for us. However, a few small things just somewhat lessen the property appearance. The mini blinds in the kitchen and dining areas are damaged and were hanging crooked when we arrived. There are some areas where the drywall tape is pulling away from the ceiling and it just gives the property a distressed look. Those are purely cosmetic and don't really affect things and can be easily fixed. The owners might want to consider a new double sized mattress in the 2nd bedroom though. It was rough sleeping on a hill as my husband's side sank when he laid down- to the point that I had to put a pillow under me to keep from rolling over. Keep in mind that he is not a large man. We did have an issue in the master bath with the shower door falling off onto someone, at least it was our son who could catch it and keep it from shattering. Luckily our 1 year old granddaughter was not bathing at the time. But we called and someone came to fix it in a very timely manner. Having vacationed on Kiawah almost yearly over the past 20 years we know that there is a certain expectation. This property is close to meeting that expectation but could use some small adjustments to raise that level."

"We had a fantasticstay! The property was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beautiful view of the marina was peaceful and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxing getaway!"
