"Breakfast was the highlight and better than expected. Great service. Room was a disappointment. I arrived with unmelted ice in the sink. The front door is not secure and shakes when someone walks by. The stove was not properly wiped down. Otherwise, everything else was just standard."

"The room have a terrible smell, a/c was too noisy and I could hear everything happening outside my room. Also, Pool was dirty and breakfast was disappointing. "

"We had a pleasant stay overall! The house itself was sparkling clean upon arrival, clearly well-maintained inside, and very comfortable for our group. The only drawback was the exterior; the grass was quite long and overgrown, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor area. If the landscaping was maintained to the same high standard as the interior, it would be a perfect 5-star rental"

"Masato was the best host you could ask for. He is highly communicative, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He helped my family and I accommodate a plan change at the very last minute, and he was extremely gracious to us throughout all of it. He is by far one of the best hosts I’ve had. The house was homey, comforting, well stocked, clean and very well kept. The bedrooms were very spacious, clean, and had very nice furniture. We loved our stay, will definitely book again in the future! "
