WORST HOTEL

this was the worst hotel the showers and bed sheets were not clean at all, they hotel charged me twice once hotels.com charged me and than the hotel receptionist charged me another 50 dollars for nothing

Good hotel in a bad situation.

The air didnt work and there was an extra $100 deposit for a $71 room. Managed to negotiate for $100 total. Was told we would get the deposit the next day. That was monday. Its currently 11:30pm tuesday. Still waiting on that deposit. Good hotel though. Staff was super friendly.

This was an absolute disaster. I booked this hotel for my family and myself to just get away and when we get there they tell us there is no AC so he gave us two options one he could refund us the amount and we find our own hotel that same day or stay in the hotel but we would have to suffer with the heat of Fresno. We drove 3 hours to get there and Having two small children I was not even considering staying there so we decided to get a refund and get a new place which was a fortune being that we had to get a new hotel the same day. The reason why it’s upsetting is because we never got any sort of email or called to let us know about the issue which would have let us plan accordingly and we would have resolved the issue before even getting to the hotel.

Fresno Sucks

The people hanging out around the hotel were terrifying and there was doors being slammed and tweakers screaming the whole night. Around 3am someone was squeaking a door for a good 20 minutes. My friend and I had never been more creeped out by the people staying in and surrounding this hotel. The hotel could have potential but the people who stay there trash it and the cleaning crew is non-existent. Sorry Fresno I’m never going to visit you again

Fresghetto Motel

The front desk service are helpful WITHIN THEIR POWER. They greeted me kindly and my gripe is not with them. Firstly, the rooms are decently kept for the price and image that the hotel actually gives off when you see it in person. There are no placards given for no room service while you are away during the day. Most tenants who book here are not the best of characters. Whole hallway reeked of weed. Grounds are not kept clean. Had a car honking at flashing high beams from the parking lot at 10pm on my first nights stay. Laundry room only has 1 set of machines to use for 2 separate buildings. Which was always occupied or left laundry in machines for hours on end. Mosquitos in the room when I arrived and until I left. Overall not the worst place to stay at if you don't mind rough around the edges, but if you have a few dollars extra to spend go to the Motel 6 down the road.

This is the worst hotel I ever had been in.

First of all, when we arrived there was nobody at the desk to check in. I waited roughly about 10-20 minutes just to check in while my family waits in the car with in the scorching California heat. Next, once the wait was over, we walked in are room and it was filthy. The beds felt itchy, inside the closet was dirty with dust. And even though the beds where made, everything seemed unwashed. Next, in the middle of the night we hear two lady’s screaming about something that didn’t need to be screamed at. They woke up my whole family and we couldn’t fall back asleep until an hour time had passed. Lastly, the next day my daughter got sick and she is usually tough as nails but then her stomach felt bad and seemed pale out of her mind. We left as soon as we could. Please do not stay here!

Learn from My Mistake Don’t Stay Here

Although the lobby is closed (unless you are the family/friends of the front desk employee) check in was quick and easy. That’s where the good stopped. This is not really a hotel, more of an extended stay type place as there are several rooms where the occupants make their permanent residence. Room was not cleaned, the first thing I did is go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies, there was left over instant oatmeal packs in the dresser and a dirty sock and there was a wadded up tissue on the closet floor. There is broken glass from car windows in a few places around the parking lot and there weren’t any vending machines that worked available. The wall paper was falling off the walls, there were holes in the walls where something used to hang, extra air conditioners and thermostats that weren’t operational, ironing board with no iron, coffee maker with no cups and a mini fridge that didn’t work. The TV is approximately the size of a computer monitor. Guests were loud, letting doors slam at all hours of the night and on Friday night spilling their party into the hallway from 3 am - 4:30. Save yourself the frustration and don’t stay here. Sheets were also never changed. On the plus side the trash was emptied every day and the towels were replaced and smelled like they had been washed. Oh and the WiFi is pretty good.

Unsafe Feeling

Check in was fast but I was leery, as there were a couple of drunk homeless men in the parking lot, which was full of trash. Driving to the building, there were people loitering and it just didn’t feel right. I didn’t feel safe. I didn’t even get out of the car. I checked in but I NEVER even walked in to the room.

I checked into my recent booking. I had my young son with me. The place was completely different than the pictures. I felt unsafe people just hanging outside in the parking lot. Smoking and drinking. You should take the hotel off your site. I would like to request a refund. I looked at the room there were ants. A cigarette burn on the comforter, i took a picture. I had to book another room somewhere else that is how unsafe I felt. I can send a receipt. If needed.

The location was convenient, the Security Guard was courteous. The bed was comfortable. There were critters in our room, a few silverfish, some small cockroaches and small beetles running around. There was no mention of any amenities made or where to find them or how to use them. The obligatory sheets and bedding seemed clean but the coverings needed washed as well as the curtains.
