Overall very nice hotel. It is a bit dated, but it still retains its old class. I witnessed room service working about every day. Clean and tidy room. The beds are really firm I would say hard. The elevator was very jerky and when it arrived at the desired floor it gave a little jeck and you felt like you dropped three inches!
