"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. Staff were delightful and very helpful. Good off road parking under the hotel. Only 5 mins walk away No5 tram goes into centre of Heidelberg (€3.40). Would stay here again if in the area."
