Ghost Hotel

I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website.

katastrophale Erfahrung !

Kurzaufenthalt in Mannheim rief vormittags an und wollte abends einschenken mir wurde telefonisch aus dem Ausland mitgeteilt es ginge nur bis 16 uhr und jetzt sowieso nicht es wäre um 11 Uhr zu früh für eine Info und sonst erhalte ich eine SMS! 15:45 Ankunft keiner da aber alles für jeden rund um die Uhr begehbar ausser die Zimmer! 16 Uhr erneuter Anruf mit unfreundlicher Antwort ich würde eine SMS bekommen! Inhalt war der Code für den Schlüsselschrank im Flur! 10 qm angekündigtes Einzelzimmer war weniger als 4qm mit Sperrmüll als Inventar! einfaches Minibad kleiner 2qm aber ok ! Gemeinschaftsküche war ein Schweinestall voll dreckig überall Müll und es klebte Alles (Teller und Tasse bzw Glas nicht zu gebrauchen ) possitiv 5min bis zur SBahn und gegenüber ein Markt negativ Bezahlung Hinterlegung im Zimmer ohne Quittung! Noch nie erlebt ! einfach nur abkassieren für eine Hutschachtel mit Bad! keinerlei Sicherheit(besonders für Frauen), Personal und Service - jedes Budgethostel würde ein vielfaches mehr bieten! Katastrophal

Kurztrip nach Mannheim, kalt und feucht, Corona angst...und im Haus Baron ein warmes, freundliches Zimmer...ein Inhaber der sofort hilft wenn nötig...gute Preis/Leistung besonders für diese Mannheim Ecke, wo nicht sehr viele Hotels gibt...Ergo, danke, Gesundheit und fröhliche Weihnachten:)

Don't expect a lot given the price paid.

If the aim is to just save some money for something else, then you'll probably not find a place other than this to fulfill what you are aiming for. That would just be it. Even cleanliness was not up to the standard; hair from those who previously stayed here and spiders can be spotted around.

Einfache Unterkunft

Das Zimmer selbst war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Es war angemessen groß und auch recht ordentlich sauber, allerdings kein Hotelstandad. KEINE Rezeption bzw. ein Empfang. Wir kamen sofort in unser Zimmer im EG. Etwas ungewöhnlich so ganz ohne echten Check in und auch Check out... Da Bad war sehr klein, aber auch ausreichend. Leider floss das Wasser im Handwaschbecken extrem schlecht ab.

Not a hotel...

This place is run by the owner by phone - nobody to check-in with ! Upset because I wanted clean towels and sheets daily, place lacked furniture, good lighting and was noisy. It specializes in itinerant labor, 2-3 guys per room. Location is near nothing but the market across the street. Towels old and small, shower like a box with leaking fixtures. No ventilation except to open window on street - noisy and people on sidewalk looking in ! The tenants I talked to hated the place the manager, the owner and were looking for another place ASAP... And the cost/day for what was there - criminal !

Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage

Wir waren mit den Räumlichkeiten sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber, zweckdienlich eingerichtet und Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Der Check In gestaltete sich einfach. Der Zimmerschlüssel steckte bei Ankunft von innen in der Zimmertür und wir brauchten uns nicht an einer anderen Adresse anzumelden. Gegenüber vom Hotel war ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei, wo wir uns optimal versorgen konnten.

Preiswert und sauber

Preiswert und sauber habe große Probleme bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Sollten den Schlüssel woanders abholen mussten dann doch wieder zurück zu diesem Zimmer weil der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
