"Great swimming and relaxing"

"This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee."

"Very clean & comfortable room. Shower was amazing with bathroom having underfloor heating. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Spoke amazing English. Had breakfast 2 mornings & was all delicious. Had an evening meal which was beautiful. Staff again amazing & very attentive. Waiter was very helpful to cater for my daughters food intolerance & was able to make her a yeast free cocktail. Will definitely return again. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Check in was easy, (although we were charged a city tax that had to be refunded as it had already been included in our room rate). The room was tight and small, but had everything we needed. Small bed for two adults! Unable to charge bar/menu to room BUT - super breakfast with lots of choices - this was a firm favourite. Great location for sight seeing and local restaurants. Approx 40 mins from airport by taxi and 15 min walk from Mitte centre where there were really good eateries. We liked the hotel, small room excepted, as a functional, value for money hotel."

"Room was clean .Check in was not good, check in staff couldn't find my booking.Member of staff took my phone and started randomly scrolling through it which was annoying.Finally found my booking on their system, logged under he wrong name! Got to room to find toilet didn't flush and drain away. But was late at night so no one available to help.Air conditioning didn't work properly so asked for a fan.Was assured someone would drop one off the following day, but it didn't happen.Nor did maintenance deal with the toilet issue. Finally moved room.Asked for a late check out. Went out in the morning, returned to my room and was locked out.Another ordeal trying to get back into my room and find booking. Think staffing is the key issue here , otherwise lovely hotel."

"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

"Outstanding staff and front desk- consistently. Front: Juan & Emmanuel🌟 Housekeeping Rahmann. Security of hotel Outstanding as well as room cleanliness. Had a magnificent special birthday dinner at restaurant. Excellent all round! Would return & highly recommend :)"
