"What a great hotel, with a friendly, relaxed vibe, great staff. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Wish we had longer in Berlin. Berlin Wall a short walk away, was amazing. Found a great outdoor bar over the bridge, cheap beer and the Germany football game, back at the hotel we continued watching the football in the cosy reception with bar. Great night. Sad to leave. Would definitely go back."

"I am always a fan of the Hyatt staff and properties. The spa, pool, gym, room - all great ways to refresh after a long few weeks trekking through the heat. I love how close this hotel is to the Cirque de Soleil show Alize. I love this show. Lastly the staff is so helpful and friendly. I wish Hyatt trained every hotel chain. We stayed here with 4 of our mostly adult children and enjoyed watching the World Cup final in the bar."
