I've stayed here about 12x. When visiting from America, I feel at home at the hotel. The staff is beyond friendly, cordial, respectful, and accommodating. The location is perfect for seeing Berlin. Please don't tell to many people about this gem. I don't want them raising their rates!

I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again.

When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖
