Located right on the bike path and within walking distance from Dillon Reservoir, you’re going to love everything about it, including some great views of Mount Royal and the Tenmile Range. The Clubhouse gives you access to not only the indoor pool and hot tubs, but also a gym, tennis court, shared grills and more. There’s something for everyone in your group to enjoy!

This lovely 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to four people. There’s plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make fantastic meals for your group, with seating for four people at the dining table and room for four more at the breakfast bar. And you’ll absolutely love the views from the balcony!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and garage parking for one vehicle (plus one outside parking place). And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
