The location was perfect. Walking distance to literally everything. The street the hotel is on doesn’t allow cars so it’s very quiet. It’s right beside a huge market when you can get everything from fruit to cheese to snacks to wine. The apartment was so clean and has everything you need. The communication with the staff was impeccable. Very quick and very helpful. This is an easy 5 rating.

An excellent property. I have to say the communication was superb and the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

The breakfast staff dealing with food and tables were not particularly friendly, efficient or helpful. This does not include the lady welcoming us at the breakfast room door who was friendly.

My only real complaint was the fact that at 4 AM one morning my lights came on 100%. The key card wasn’t even in the slot. The receptionist didn’t seem to really care that that had happened and didn’t follow up with me at all to ensure that she had checked into it. It was super weird and a little unnerving

The property's location is excellent, offering easy walking access to most of Porto's main attraction.
