"Wow. Taj hospitality at it's best. Great location just outside Cuffe Parade Metro Station. You can go almost anywhere in Mumbai from there. Really quick service. Stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. Can honestly say that this has amongst the most attentive service anywhere. One small issue. Please provide and allow drinks service on the lobby area when entertaining guests. We were told that we had to take our guests into one of the restaurants to prove them with drinks. They were only visiting for half an hour."

"This hotel has few rivals in beauty. Only issue is the food. The restaurants are not so good and ridiculously expensive even by NYC and London standards. The room service options not great. Considering how awesome the hotel is, would expect better food options."

"Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough tables for the number of guests so we were repeatedly given buzzers and asked to wait in the lobby (where there were no seats). Average wait time 10-15 minutes. Annoying. Otherwise a nice hotel. Big swimming pool and excellent gym."

"Was a lovely room, clean room and the AC worked. Unfortunately there was a lot of building going on whilst we were there including fixing/installing the elevator and lots of dust/workmen associated with that. However, we had a great time and enjoyed the games room upstairs"

"Very friendly staff An excellent indian breakfast Bed very comfortable. Hotel is probably in the middle of a reservation, bamboo scaffold on outside. Tv, air-conditioning, safe and microwave all needed fixing. Beer on the terrace bar was out of date. Did actually enjoy my stay there."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but small. AC was great but fan was noisy. They stored their bedding carts right outside our door so we had to climb around it every time. It must have been a great place in its heyday but now it is just the 3rd floor and 4th floor restaurant. I was disappointed with it!"

"Excellent staff and good room and bathroom. Breakfast pretty god and very good value all round. Several bars and restaurants in the locality. Fairly easy walk to the sights. A metro station about 15 minutes walk. Worth trying as it's modern and pretty unused. The only problem was a lot of noise from a bar directly below our room that went on until 1.30!!"
