"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"

"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."

"This has to be the best Italian Villa we’ve ever stayed in. The Villa has been so highly and tastefully finished and is spotless inside and out. It’s location is to die for, nestled in the most beautiful rural countryside with the most stunning views. The host Gail gave us so much guidance including recommendations of .a local chef who prepared a meal for us at the Villa. This was indeed one of the highlights of our stay. We came here in search of peace and the opportunity to recharge both of which we most certainly got. Thank you and congratulations Gail on giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful villa. "Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. We were sad to leave and are already making plans for the next visit. Thankyou Iain, Judith and Daniela - especially for arranging the birthday cake for my grandson. "
