Very clean. Excellent modern spa. Great massage . Gourmet restaurant. Upscale for ostersund area. Best value ! AC a plus. Great view from restaurant . Across from airport . Beautiful like new huge property

Bra hotell, men läget kanske inte för alla
Rent,snyggt och funktionellt. Bra frukost och stor parkering. Den som vill ut på pubrunda kanske ska välja något annat hotell, men med bil är det det definitivt ett bra val. Hade inte tid att nyttja spa avdelningen, har hört från andra att den är värd att besöka.

Recommend.
Arrived around 18 on a Sunday and left 05.30 day after. Had a nice comfortable stay. On this day, Spa closed 17 and restaurant was closed so we had take out and a beer in the beautiful lobby. Nice helpful staff, High attention to Covid safety. Recommend this place.

Terrible ventilation. First impression was a really nice room (all though with an airport view) but it was a bit worrying that the curtains were shut and there were two extra fans already in the room.. We asked to change but no other rooms available. After no sleep from 4.30 in the morning due a splitting head ache due to no air in the room the first night I tried again to change room and was offered two doubles instead of the family room but with two kids it was a no. So after a second night in the same style. Woke up 3.30 in the morning. The personnel has been very kind and have tried to help but they have also confirmed the known problem with the ventilation...

My experince in this hotel was very bad, not service at all, the staff need an service course, start with say HALLO to customers, difficult to rich the reception, even when you call from the room. never again to this place

Very good experience. The breakfast was extensive and lovely. The spa was incredible although it is 250 sek per person which isn’t too bad. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were very nice. The service at the front desk was very good too.

This is my prefered hotel in Östersund area. Very nice environment. Very close to airport. Staff is kind and helfull. Good breakfast Clean rooms Very nice.

Great hotel close to the airport
Perfect hotel for a business trip since I flew in during the afternoon and was able to drive my rental car to the hotel within 10 minutes. The aircon in the room was a bit loud even though I set it to 23 degrees. Had some trouble falling asleep due to the sound but it wasn't a major thing. Also if you have a room on the 1 floor you might have to connect to the wifi on the entrance floor just to get your devices on the internet.

Good hotel with nice spa
Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The spa was good and relaxing except that the outdoor heated pool would have been better if the water had been heated to a higher temperatire. The restaurant atmosphere was pleasant with good live music. The menu was limited though. Breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Spa overnite stay
Service is good, the Spa is really nice with heated outdoor pool and a variety of different type of saunas. Excellent restaurant. The breakfast has lots to choose from.

excellent Hotel for Max relaxation
my stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience and it fulfilled my pursuit for a quite and relaxing visit the hotel is located by the Are-Östersund Airport area, a very quite and isolated area which makes it ideal for those running away from city hassle every thing was just amazing, the building, facilities,food, and above all the staff who were like angles dedicated to serve clients at their most, for me as a frequent traveler been in tens of hotels in different countries, i have never seen staff so welling to work like those in this hotel i really thank all of them for their efforts to make my journey worth a while and definitely will consider staying here again wish them all a Happy New Year.

Great family stay
Very helpful staff in a clean, modern hotel. Family rooms are the best ones we've stayed in so far. Lovely breakfast. Short drive to many attractions if you get tired of the view.
