"From the welcoming to the all out staff friendliness throughout the stay (from reception, to porters (Panagiotis) and pool bar (afroditi) to the tranquility of the setting, the food, rooms , everything was perfect "
"The area is very nice, breakfasts and dinner buffet is great and well maintained. Room was clean and cozy (be aware that shower is fully open and there is no privacy in the room).
On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)"

For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel.
The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning.
