We busted for my 40th bday celebration. We brought our two young children and the entire trip was excellent. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The entire resort is very high end and beautiful. Definitely worth a visit!

Perfect size for a relaxing, fairly quiet pool-side day with very attentive staff and convenient amenities, such a spa and gym. Our room was very stylish and spacious. The one and only criticism we have is that the shower temperature and pressure was a bit inconsistent. But overall, you cannot fault this hotel. Very much recommended.

Our family of five had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating, which made a real difference. The interconnecting room setup was perfect for our family, providing the space and convenience we needed. However, we did find the rooms rather small. At over £400 per night, we felt the size didn't quite match the price point, and a slightly larger room would have been appreciated. The pool area, while fun, can get very busy very quickly. We also noticed that there seemed to be a shortage of sunbeds to accommodate all the guests. Despite the minor issues with room size and pool capacity, we still had a wonderful and memorable family stay.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

The Le Sante Classic is a good hotel. It is expensive for what it is and I would not rate it higher than good because of a few issues. Firstly, there were a few things that weren’t quite right with the room. These were (mostly) resolved quickly, but we ran out of patience with the others (safe locked shut, sofa collapsed, toiletries not replaced). Secondly, the facilities are a little limited for a top class hotel. The gym is basic, not all the spa functions of the pools worked, no ATM, poor wifi etc. In terms of service breakfast tended to be overcrowded at peak times resulting in a need to wait to be seated on a couple of occasions. The concierge service seeks to be helpful, but, despite being specifically asked to check re food intolerances when booking a restaurant, did not do so, resulting in the need for us to find a different venue after sitting at the one booked by the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is good, but for the prices charged for accommodation and food needs to upgrade its facilities. It’s good, not great.

Overall our stay was good! The hotel is nice, very clean (rooms, restaurants, pool area), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff from cleaning, there are doing an excellent job. The food was good and diverse, however a small remark is that for a 5 stars hotel I would have expected to have sea food dishes as well, at least for one-two evenings. The prices for the drinks and snacks were ok, not expensive for a 5 stars. The hotel is kids friendly, has a playground and a playroom, however the pool area is very slippery when is wet, my daughter had to wear shoes after coming out from the pool. I think the sunbeds should move closer to the plants area so that the people can walk on the wooden patio and not the other way around (that was not slippery, it’s safer). Tsilivi village is very nice but it’s not pushchairs friendly (no pedestrians cross, difficult to cross the streets and it’s lot of traffic), it was difficult for us to use it when we went out. The Tsilivi beach nearby was not as expected, it was quite untidy and messy, but the sea was nice and clean. Hotel is offering chargeable private taxi which is nice, from airport to the hotel the taxi driver was very kind and respectful, however on the way to the airport we had a different driver and we were very disappointed, he stopped the car in the middle of the road to argue with another driver, yelled to him in front of us and he was very grumpy all the way to the airport, that was a very rude attitud

Nicely appointed rooms with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Our room had an issue with ants that was never fully resolved but the staff was responsive to the issue. The property is situated on a steep hill so entry and exit was a challenge and parking was limited. Would return for another visit in the future.

This was a great resort experience if you enjoy being pampered and presented with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, like we did given it was our first time on Zakynthos island and didn’t know much about it. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great service. Pool and pool bar/restaurant was excellent. Concierge was very helpful. Nice short walk to the beach/beach bars. Now that we know more about the island we would opt for a more local/Greek experience next time, but this is a personal preference.

Cute small hotel with a nice pool and maybe some of the best food in the area. However, it's rather a four star hotel at the price of a 5 star which clearly doesn't do it justice. Also quite picky about adding all possible charges - even ones for the mini bar not used, do check your invoice. However, we enjoyed our stay at the pool and the beautiful rooms, most of the interactions with the staff as well as the food, after adjusting our expectations.

The staff at this property is exceptional! I have never stayed at a property with a more kind and attentive staff. The pool is wonderful with the food and staff being the best highlights! My daughter was surprised with an engagement on this trip…and the concierge at Lesante gets TOP reviews! Alexandra went out of her way to help plan the PERFECT proposal. There was not one detail overlooked. I cannot thank this staff enough for creating the perfect holiday. i would recommend the Lesante group to anyone.
